Our Buyers are Rufino "Tubby" Petim, Achmat Adam and Isaias Andrade. Tubby and Achmat are two of the shrewdest and most knowledgeable men in the business.

Tubby has been involved in the trade for over 30 years, whilst Achmat hails from the well known Adams Fruiterers in Cape Town.
Isaias Andrade has many years experience in Gauteng (Johannesburg) and his input has been of great importance to us.
Because our buyers purchase on a daily basis, our quality and freshness are always of the highest standards and our five large cold rooms are fully utilized. |

| Administration |
The accounts department is run by Manuel Goncalves and the creditors and accounting section by Annemie Booyens. Sheila Johnson heads up debtors and general administration, while Cedric Jacobs is responsible for human resourses. He also ensures the smooth operation of our computer systems. |
| Ordering and Telesales |
When contacting us to place an order, our friendly receptionist, Miena Compaan will promptly put you through to our customer service division, which is headed up by Fernando "Tex" Texeira. Tex is well liked by all customers with his "no-query-is-too-much" approach.
Our telesales team is made up of Lisa da Silva, Crystal Levens and Rosita De Oliveira. The ladies are in contact with our clients daily basis to ensure that they are aware of any new products or price changes. |
| PRO's and Merchandiser |
We have three public relations officers: Wayne Stopforth, Okkie Kellerman and Daniel Maloney. They spend most of their day on the road visiting clients, advising them of important aspects, such as new product arrivals, packaging costs and so on, as well as assisting them in placing orders and offering sound business advice. Jose de Oliveira is the company's full-time merchandiser. |
| Supervisors |
Our supervisors have dedicated routes and it is their duty to ensure that orders are made up correctly, checked and dispatched to reach our customers timeously. Our floor supervisors are Jack Vierra, Andrew Vierra, Arnold Mangaimyana, William van Wyk, Jannie Matthee, Macpherson Matewu, Eddie Correia, John de Coito, Jose Teles and Vasco De Oliveira. |
| Invoicing |
We have two invoice clerks - Desiree Mostert, who has been with the company for 10 years, Patience Ngxangana. Thelma Ntshinka and Simone Godfrey are responsible for filing all invoices and PODs. |
| Receiving and End-control |
Our receiving supervisor is Patricia Misrole who has been with us for 10 years. She is ably assisted by Annie Dumas. All orders are thoroughly checked prior to loading and are checked and dispatched under the scrutiny of Patrick Sardinha who has also been with us since our inception. |

Pre-packing |
| The pre-packing of fruit and vegetables is undertaken on the premises and we pride ourselves on the attractive presentation of our product. Ronnie Sense runs this in-house section. |
