Fruit is sourced from the market on a daily basis. Isaias regularly visits all the packing sheds to ensure that we have a complete range of all fruits in season. When fruits are not available locally, our agents source from Italy, Spain, Israel and New Zealand.

Every day, greens such as cabbage, cauliflower, lettuce, leeks, carrots, turnips, beetroot and parsley are delivered direct to our warehouse by various farmers, to ensure top quality freshness and goodness at all times.
